Comprehensive Assessment

A 2-hour evaluation that includes nutritional pattern review, lifestyle and stress analysis, health history deep-dive, plus postural and movement screening to understand the full picture.

Customized Protocol

Tyler builds a personalized functional health protocol: nutrition, sleep, stress management, and lifestyle modification — integrated with corrective movement where needed. Delivered across 12-week, 6-month, or 12-month programs.

Is this the same as seeing a nutritionist?

No. A nutritionist focuses primarily on food. Functional health coaching integrates nutrition with sleep quality, stress physiology, hormonal balance, and lifestyle habits as an interconnected system. Tyler does not just tell you what to eat — he investigates why your body is not responding the way it should and builds a protocol that addresses the complete picture.

Do you offer functional lab testing?

Tyler is completing his Functional Diagnostic Nutrition (FDN) certification, which includes training in functional lab interpretation. Lab testing services including DUTCH, GI-MAP, and OAT panels will be available soon. Sign up on the main site to be notified when lab testing launches.

Can functional health coaching help with weight loss?

Yes, but not through restrictive dieting. Weight resistance is often a symptom of underlying metabolic imbalances — hormonal dysregulation, poor sleep, chronic stress, or digestive dysfunction. By addressing these root causes, many clients find their body composition shifts naturally as their system comes back into balance.

Is this available online?

Yes. Tyler's full functional health coaching programs are available via FaceTime and Zoom. Many clients complete their entire program virtually. Online coaching packages are not subject to sales tax.
